Upon enrollment, your student’s tuition will automatically processes on the first of the month until a drop request is submitted and confirmed. When it’s time to take a break, all you need to do is submit a drop form here!

(We try to be as flexible as possible so it’s important that you know that once tuition has processed we are unable to refund in the case of a late drop form.)

Not at all! We offer a prorated tuition for families joining us after the first class of the month. Please reach out to us via email with the class information and what day you’d like to start and our team will take care of the rest!

Yes! Unless a drop request form is submitted by the last day of the calendar month, students are continuously enrolled in the same class.

Families with multiple children enrolled in class, or a child enrolled in multiple classes will automatically receive 10% off each additional class. (Annual registration fees will be discounted for each additional child: $20 for second, $10 for third, forward.)

First responders, military, and teachers receive 10% off class. Please let us know when you register so we can set it up in the system.

We have a 100% money-back guarantee if you or your student does not enjoy your first class. We don’t think you’ll need to use it, but nice to know it’s there!

Beyond the first class guarantee, Heart & Soul does not offer any refunds or credits once tuition has been processed. Tuition pays for a student’s spot regardless of attendance.

There will be no refunds, credits, or makeup classes given for gym closings for holidays and inclement weather.

There will be no refunds or credits given for camps, birthdays, or events.
